Pigment Lightening - Removal

SALINE  TATTOO REMOVAL

Not every brow story has a happy ending — and that's okay. Pigment Lightening is a non-laser treatment designed to safely soften or remove unwanted permanent makeup pigment without the heat or trauma of laser technology.

Using a saline-based solution, this gentle process works by drawing existing pigment up and out of the skin — gradually lightening brows that appear too dark, overly saturated, or uneven in tone. It's the smart first step before a color correction, or simply a fresh start when your brows no longer reflect who you are.

This service is ideal if your brows are:

  • Too dark or too saturated

  • Uneven in tone or color

  • Poorly shaped or misplaced

  • Prepped for a PMU correction

Results are gradual and progressive. Multiple sessions are typically required, and individual results will vary based on pigment depth, skin type, and prior treatments.

Ready to lighten up? Book a consultation and let's map your path forward.

Brow Correction

If your previous permanent makeup healed uneven, turned ashy, faded to an unwanted tone, or no longer fits your face — it can often be corrected. Color correction is an advanced, multi-step process tailored entirely to what's already on your skin and how your skin responds.

No two corrections are the same, and results depend on existing pigment, skin type, and the condition of prior work. Some cases resolve in one session; others require more. You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin.

Consultation required prior to booking.

Color Correction Package

For brows that need a complete reset, this package provides a structured, customized correction plan from start to finish. Because no two cases are the same, the process is built around your specific situation — the existing pigment, your skin, and the result you're working toward.

The package includes up to four visits, typically a combination of two to three pigment lightening sessions followed by a corrective color session, (Pictured: a client after two saline removal sessions, with faded, ashy-gray pigment lifted and the brow now prepped for corrective color.) The exact sequence determined at your consultation. Rather than booking appointments one at a time and wondering what comes next, you'll have a clear plan in place before your first session begins.

This is correction work done right — methodical, honest, and designed to get you to brows you're actually happy with.

Consultation required. Candidacy and session sequence confirmed at time of consult.

Before color correction: 2 saline removal sessions lifted faded, ashy-gray pigment — preparing the skin for fresh, corrected color.

Saline Removal

Emergency Saline Removal

If it's been less than 72 hours since your permanent makeup procedure and you know immediately that something is wrong — the shape is off, the color is wrong, or it's simply not what you agreed to — early intervention gives you the best chance at a clean lift before the pigment fully settles.

What it is
Saline removal is a non-laser, non-toxic method that uses a botanical saline solution (Lift) to draw pigment out of the skin. The solution is implanted into the same layer as the tattoo using a tattoo machine, breaking up the ink and drawing it to the surface through osmosis. The area scabs and heals naturally, lifting pigment away as it does.

The process
A numbing cream is applied first, followed by the saline implantation. The treated area will scab over the following days — this is the process working, not a complication. Most cases require 2–4 sessions, though your specific timeline will be discussed in person based on how your skin responds.

Is it safe?
Yes. Lift is formulated with lemon and orange seed extract, aloe, calendula, and preservatives proven safe for skin contact. Mild redness, swelling, or discomfort is normal and temporary.

Why early matters
Acting within the 72-hour window gives the best outcomes, but saline removal is also used well beyond that window — to fade microblading, lighten old PMU, or correct work you're no longer happy with at any stage.

Consultation required. Timeline and number of sessions determined based on your specific case.
